Digital Life Certificate
A Digital Life Certificate, also known as Jeevan Pramaan, is an online certificate issued to pensioners to confirm their existence for continued pension payments. It eliminates the need for physical submission of life certificates and allows pensioners to submit their proof digitally through government-approved channels. Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra assists pensioners in creating and submitting their Digital Life Certificate safely and efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a government or pension-receiving individual.
- Pensioner should have a valid pension account and associated details.
- Biometric authentication (fingerprint or iris scan) is required during submission.
Required Documents
- Valid Pensioner ID / Pension Payment Order
- Aadhar Card linked to pension account
- Bank account details for pension credit
- Biometric authentication device (fingerprint/iris) for submission
- Recent Passport size photograph (if required)
