Deemed Conveyance is a legal process through which the ownership of land or property is transferred from a builder or developer to the members of a cooperative housing society. It ensures that the society legally owns the land and building, protecting the rights of all residents. Eligibility Criteria

  • The society must be legally registered under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.
  • The property must have been developed by a registered builder or developer.
  • All society members must agree to initiate the Deemed Conveyance process.

Required Documents

  • Society Registration Certificate
  • Copy of original Builder-Owner Agreement or Sale Deed
  • List of all society members with their share certificates
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the builder
  • Property Layout Plan and Occupancy Certificate
  • Aadhar Card and PAN Card of society office bearers
