Eligibility Criteria
- The society must be legally registered under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.
- The property must have been developed by a registered builder or developer.
- All society members must agree to initiate the Deemed Conveyance process.
Required Documents
- Society Registration Certificate
- Copy of original Builder-Owner Agreement or Sale Deed
- List of all society members with their share certificates
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the builder
- Property Layout Plan and Occupancy Certificate
- Aadhar Card and PAN Card of society office bearers
